Can you get a summary dissolution if you are still currently a student? I have over $5,000 in loans from Federal Perkins and I am not exactly %26quot;in debt%26quot; up until my 6 month grace period ends after I have graduated college. I am wondering if this would effect my eligibility for a summary dissolution of marriage (divorce, the quickest and easiest way).
If not...can anyone explain why it's okay to have car and vehicle loans and not be held accountable for being %26quot;in debt%26quot; versus being in school?

because a student loan is a federal back loan that is never discharable unless paid . you can not file for bankruptcy on it , you can not get away with not paying it , the us department of education will sease your savings , income tax , garnish wages , and hunt you down . in the end they will get paid i can promise you that
